I really like the feeling this work tries to evoke (and succeds in doing so)

It is vibrant and jolly and warm. The water and the clouds are especially nicely done ,whilst simple they still are well done and nring the background together with quite some depth

Now I do think some improvements could be done.
The eyes seem a bit off. The right arm (from the characters' perspective) has a strange curve to it

The pants as well seem tacked on to me and don't feel as truly part of the whole picture. Maybe if you hade more textures elswewhere it would stand out less. But maybe the texture just needed to be a bit less obvious.

The hat form is very nice as well but....maybe the shadows could have been a bit less subtle.

But that's only my 2 cents.

I love the hair tho,very nice flowing hair with a nice gradient coloring.

Another critique, since it feels like it's been forever since my last one xD

To start things off, I like this drawing a lot. The colors are bright and well used for this picture. The water looks amazing!

Like the other person that had critiqued said, the sparkles make a nice touch to it.
The technique is good with how your shading style is.
The impact with the drawing is good also.

However, you might need to fix the face a little bit with maybe a little more detail. Other than that, this picture is well done.

Les effets de lumière et de l'eau sont vraiment bien réalisés ! Et j'aime bine l'idée avec les cheveux
J'ai un peu de mal sur ce dessin il est beau mais je pense qu'il y a des problèmes de proportions.
Je ne pense pas que la cuisse gauche devrait être aussi visible par exemple ^^.
